Pre-Sales Consultant

We are actively recruiting a Pre-Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. The role will be to support the sales team in the qualification, analysis and presentation of our products and services to prospective clients.

The role will involve working closely with the sales team to provide full pre sales assistance in support of the successful achievement of sales targets. Participate in the completion of submitted ITT/RFP documents, understand a prospective clients needs and coordinate the solution in an informative and compelling manner. Represent Crocus at various trade shows, events and conferences to increase brand and Oracle /Crocus solution visibility.

The successful candidate should have good PeopleSoft experience and business process knowledge. Experience of the PeopleSoft HCM product set is essential and payroll experience would be an advantage. Good presentation and inter personal skills are a prerequisite for this self motivated individual who likes a flexible working location and who will receive a very competitive remuneration package.

Consultants

As part of our current expansion, we are seeking to employ consultants and product experts based in the UK. Potential applicants must have a proven track record in the Oracle/PeopleSoft product set. You must be self-managing and have a high degree of confidence, to create the right level of working relationship with clients. Project management skills are also essential. We are currently actively looking for a consultant with experience in PeopleSoft Global Payroll.

Database and Technical

As part of our current expansion, we are seeking to employ staff with experience in database administration, as well as a high level of technical skill.

The work is varied and we are therefore looking for adaptable personnel. Part of the work will be office-based and a good proportion could be on client premises.

Potential applicants must have a proven track record in the Oracle product set. You must be self-managing and have a high degree of confidence, to create the right level of working relationship with clients. Project management skills are also essential.
