Business Challenge
Marsh needed to improve overall HR processes and ensure payroll systems were future proof and so chose to implement PeopleSoft’s Global Payroll and HRMS systems for Marsh’s 6,450 UK staff.

Why Crocus?

In fact, Crocus consultants were chosen as instructors by PeopleSoft for their own consultancy staff at the PeopleSoft training centre.

The Project
Crocus Consultants supplied key skills in the areas of payroll functionality and technical resources to augment and work in partnership with the PeopleSoft lead consulting team. Crocus consultants were involved in the implementation of the PeopleSoft systems from delivery into production to supporting the ‘go-live’ operation. The project successfully went live in April 2002.
