MICROSOFT DYNAMICS AX PRE –SALES CONSULTANT
Objective:
To design and present solutions for mid-size to larger
corporations in the UK, focused on the Manufacturing and
Distribution Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business requirements gathering and solution
demonstrations
- Respond to RFP’s
- Provide industry knowledge and new ideas in the sales phase
to the opportunity
- Maintain vertical knowledge of applications suited for the
industry
- Participate in estimations of services and software to
support the proposal phase
- Document the solutions discussed in the sales phase for the
implementation team
- Support the Sales Executive in the Sales Phase
Experience / Education Requirements:
- Industry Knowledge
- Dynamics AX knowledge
- Training and certification in Microsoft Dynamics is an
advantage
- Knowledge of MBS products (other ERP, CRM and BI products)
- Commercial insight and knowledge of business economics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to professionally represent Crocus
Consulting Ltd. to the customer
- Ability to present to the customer and convince them of the
ability to understand their business
- Public speaking experience, publications, and business processes
skills
- Dynamic driver, team player, consensus builder
- Result and quality oriented
- Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and oral
MICROSOFT DYNAMICS AX CONSULTANT
Objective:
To deliver application consultancy, implementation
services, training and support to customers, prospective
customers and operational processes as required. Focused on
Microsoft Dynamics AX (formerly Axapta), and related software
products
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality business and software application services
to clients
- The creation of high quality and sustainable client
solutions
- Deliver all consultancy according to our Project Methodology,
ensuring that all software applications are implemented
successfully according to the project plan
- Meet customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and
behaviour
Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as
necessary
- Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally
and informally
- Achieve above-minimum levels of chargeable utilisation and
charge-out rates
- Participate in pre-sales activities as requested
- Provide customer support via the helpdesk process as required
